ATK and the rules of Kosovo
The fiscal till and the books in ParsHan are built to Administrative Instruction MF no. 01/2026 and the technical specification of the ATK Electronic Fiscalisation System (SEF).
Fiscal coupon
Every coupon is signed and sent to SEF; it carries a QR code for verification.
Offline
The till stores the coupons and sends them when the connection returns, within the time ATK allows.
Nothing is deleted
Cancellations and returns are new documents; every change is logged.
Sales book
The sales book matches the coupons sent to ATK 1:1.
Correct time
The till uses internet time so that coupon times are correct.
Personal data
Your business data stays on your own server; we receive only technical licence data.
